The client receives usage rights as agreed at the time of purchase. Full copyright ownership remains with SakuriMeko unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Commercial use, reproduction, resale, or modification of commissioned artwork requires an additional commercial license.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be offered during the sketch or concept phase. Major changes after approval of a draft or after completion may incur additional fees. Requests made after final delivery may be treated as a new project.

User Comments and Submissions

Parts of this website may allow users to post comments or submit content. SakuriMeko does not pre-screen all submissions.

Comments and submissions do not reflect the views of SakuriMeko. We are not liable for any content posted by users. We reserve the right to monitor and remove any content considered inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these terms.
